April 23, 2010: Launch of Rich's 2650 mile hike on the Pacific Crest Trail. (To be completed in Sections over the next 5 years.)

April 24, 2010: Rich will host a National Trails Day event as an Ambassador for the American Hiking Society at the annual kick off event for the Pacific Crest Trail on Saturday morning April 24th at Lake Morena, California in the Pacific Crest Trail booth before pressing on toward Canada.
